      在充换电站中,换电计费方法作为运营管理系统重要组成部分之一,严重影响着充换电站的商业化运营进程。针对现有计费方法存在不准确等问题,文中对计费方法进行分析研究,提出了一种基于充电量的换电计费方法,并在重卡车辆中实际应用。该方法提供优选满电电池策略对车辆进行换电,对换下电池进行充电,当完成电池充电后,根据充电记录获取电池的总充电电量,进而作为该电池在车辆上所消耗的电量,根据电价计算出换电服务费用,完成对电动汽车的换电计费。文章以电池充电电量作为计费依据,不依赖额外的智能设备,计算简单、合理、准确。在重卡换电实验环境中验证结果表示,该方法能够准确计算出换电费用,具有良好的运行效果。
英文摘要:
      Swapping billing method, as an important part of operation and management system in charging and swapping station, which seriously affects its commercial operation of charging and swapping station. Aiming at the inaccuracy of the existing methods, we analyze the billing methods and propose a swapping billing method based on charging capacity and apply in heavy-duty truck. It chooses fully charged battery for swapping. It charges the battery replaced from the electric vehicle, after charging is completed, the total charging capacity is obtained according to the charging records, which is taken as battery capacity consumed on the electric vehicle. It calculates the swapping service cost according to the electricity price, and completes the charging of electric vehicle swapping. This paper takes the charging capacity of battery as the billing basis, and the proposed method is simple, reasonable and accurate without extra intelligent devices. The verification results in heavy-duty truck experimental environment demonstrate that the proposed method could calculate the swapping cost precisely, and get better effect in charging and swapping operation system.
