      电网的扩建规划是当前智能电网建设中的重要环节。针对电网扩建规划问题的特点,提出了一种考虑区域内可再生能源大数据的非侵入式电网负荷特性建模方案。模型以反映依时线性关系的自回归模型为基础,对用户端负载进行建模。进一步地,考虑了未来电网扩建中以光伏发电与风力发电为代表的可再生能源的大量引入,将发电单元所在区域的气象特征融入到负荷的计算中。在实际数据上的测试结果验证了模型在描述电网负荷特性上的有效性,以及对于电网扩建规划问题的参考价值。
英文摘要:
      Grid expansion planning is a key issue of the construction of current smart grid. Considering the characteristics of grid expansion planning problem, a scheme for non-intrusive grid load profile modeling considering big data of regional renewable energy is proposed. Based on autoregressive model reflecting temporal linear relations, this method depicts the load at the user end. Furthermore, considering the mass introduction of renewable energy including photovoltaic units and wind power generator in future grid expansion, the meteorological characteristics is integrated into the calculation of load profile. Experimental results on real world data indicate the validity of the proposed model for the representation of load profile, and the reference value for grid expansion planning.
