      针对智能变电站继电保护装置校验时间远大于计划停电时间、校验工作量大和相关技术人才培养周期长等问题,文中设计了基于自主可控技术的智能变电站继电保护远程智能测试方法。给出了系统的总体构架和网络构架,在不改动站内原有网络与配置的情况下,部署一个或多个专用站内测试终端,接入过程层和站控层;利用自主可控的DL/T 860协议规则、复杂事件处理算法和告警关联分析引擎机制处理继电保护动作过程中产生的告警信息,提出了继电保护远程智能仿真测试流程、“一键式”保护仿真测试技术和保护配置参数的远程测试技术方法,利用智能变电站继电保护远程智能测试方法对采样正确性和二次回路完整性进行了校验。
英文摘要:
      Aiming at the problems that the verification time of relay protection devices in smart substations is much longer than the planned power outage time, the workload of verification is large, and the training period of related technical personnel is long, this paper designs a remote intelligent test method for relay protection of smart substations based on autonomous controllable technology. The overall architecture and network architecture of the system are given. Without changing the original network and configuration in the station, one or more dedicated in-station test terminals are deployed to access the process layer and station control layer. The DL/T 860 protocol rules, complex event processing algorithms and alarm correlation analysis engine mechanism process the alarm information generated during the action of relay protection, and propose the remote intelligent simulation test process of relay protection, "one-click" protection simulation test technology and the remote testing technology and method of protection configuring parameters. The correctness of sampling and the integrity of the secondary circuit are verified by using the remote intelligent test method of relay protection of smart substation.
