      文章从市面应用技术成熟的电磁脱扣器脱扣电磁转换原理出发,利用SS495A线性霍尔效应传感器的优点,设计了一种低压直流断路器的电磁脱扣器脱扣能力检测装置,并提出具体检测方法。通过模拟型霍尔传感器单元采集低压直流断路器脱扣器脱扣线圈电磁吸力,将输出的电压模拟信号通过运算放大电路传至信号检测处理单元并经放大电路处理后的模拟信号进入微处理器对检测结果进行判断,得出脱扣器动作正确与否。本装置的设计可以解决无需拆卸断路器装置随时对脱扣器进行检测,既保证了供电可靠性又大大提升了检测效率。
英文摘要:
      Starting from the principle of tripping electromagnetic conversion of electromagnetic trippers with mature application technology on the market, this paper designs a kind of electromagnetic tripping ability detection device for low-voltage DC circuit breaker by using the advantages of SS495A linear Hall effect sensor, and proposes specific detection methods. Through the analog Hall sensor unit to collect the electromagnetic suction of the low-voltage DC circuit breaker tripper tripper tripper, the output voltage analog signal is transmitted to the signal detection processing unit through the operation amplification circuit and the analog signal processed by the amplification circuit enters the microprocessor to judge the detection results, and the tripper operation is obtained whether the tripper is correct or not. The design of this device can solve the problem of detecting the tripper at any time without disassembling the circuit breaker device, which not only ensures the reliability of power supply but also greatly improves the detection efficiency.
