      电动汽车及充电桩的快速普及带来便利的同时其充放电行为给电网的安全稳定造成了巨大的影响,因此有序充电技术营运而生。现阶段充电桩有序充电功能缺乏有效的检测手段,无法判断有序充电策略是否执行,策略执行效果无法评价。因此,本文提出了现场充电桩+能源控制器+检测装置+云平台的规模化充电桩有序充电策略检测系统。首先,设计了检测装置硬件结构及通信方式。然后,建立了多场景多时间尺度的用电需求模拟模型,设计了基于云平台的检测软件。最后,构建了有序充电策略评价模型,实现规模化充电桩有序充电策略检测与评价。
英文摘要:
      The rapid popularity of electric vehicles and charging piles has brought convenience and at the same time their charging and discharging behaviour has caused a huge impact on the safety and stability of the power grid, so orderly charging technology has come into being. At the present stage, the charging pile orderly charging function lacks effective detection means, and it is impossible to judge whether the orderly charging strategy is implemented or not, and the effect of the strategy implementation cannot be evaluated. Therefore, a large-scale charging pile orderly charging strategy detection system of on-site charging pile + energy controller + detection equipment + cloud platform is proposed. First, the hardware structure and communication method of the detection equipment and are designed. Then, a multi-scene and multi-timescale electricity demand simulation model is established, and the detection software based on the cloud platform is designed. Finally, an orderly charging strategy evaluation model is constructed to realize the orderly charging strategy detection and evaluation of scale charging piles.
