      近年来,电力运行事故出现频率越来越高,这对电网安全运行造成了一定的不利影响。其由电力设备因素引发故障外,还有因设备维修不规范,生产管理流程不严格引发的事故。文章以现场作业运行系统质量控制基本理论为基础,建立了标准化的现场质量控制体系,并对生产模式进行了分析和研究。然后,基于作业系统的质量控制,分析了现场作业系统质量控制体系的要求,提出了现场质量控制的基本概念,并提出了解决相关问题的具体质量控制措施和操作方法。最后通过实际案例分析论证了现场质量控制体系的有效性和先进性,本设对于提高电力企业的经济效益具有重要的现实意义。
英文摘要:
      In recent years, power operation accidents have become more and more frequent, This has a certain adverse impact on the safe operation of the power grid. In addition to faults caused by power equipment, There are also accidents caused by nonstandard equipment maintenance and lax production management process. The article is based on the basic theory of quality control of on-site operation system, A standardized on-site quality control system was established, and the production mode was analyzed and studied. Then, based on the quality control of the operation system, the requirements of the field operation system quality control system is analyzed, put forward the basic concept of the field quality control, and put forward the specific quality control measures and operation methods to solve the relevant problems. This design is of great practical significance to improve the economic benefit of electric power enterprises. Finally, the effectiveness and progressiveness of the on-site quality control system are demonstrated through the actual case analysis, This design has important practical significance for improving the economic benefits of electric power enterprises.
