      电力行业是我国碳排放的重点领域,也是实现“双碳”目标的主要“责任人”。精准的电力碳排放计量是评估各地区、各行业、各企业的碳排放量,制定合理可行的碳达峰、碳中和实施路径的基础。本文对电力碳交易、碳排放计量现状进行分析,总结发电侧、电网侧及用户侧碳排放计量的技术现状。针对电力碳排放计量技术在电力低碳调度、低碳需求侧响等工作中的应用现状,提出优化碳排放计量技术的关键性问题和未来发展方向,为电力行业碳排放计量的进一步研究提供参考和借鉴。
英文摘要:
      This paper presents the current situation of power carbon trading and carbon metering, analyses the existing research on power generation, grid-side and customer-side carbon metering. Aiming at the application on power dispatch and demand-side response of power carbon metering technology, the key issues and outlook of optimizing power carbon metering technology are proposed in this paper , which can provide reference for further research.
