      电力行业是我国碳排放的重点领域,也是实现“双碳”目标的主要“责任人”。精准的电力碳排放计量是评估各地区、各行业、各企业的碳排放量,制定合理可行的碳达峰、碳中和实施路径的基础。文中对电力碳交易、碳排放计量现状进行分析,总结发电侧、电网侧及用户侧碳排放计量的技术现状。针对电力碳排放计量技术在电力低碳调度、低碳需求侧响应等工作中的应用现状,提出优化碳排放计量技术的关键性问题和未来发展方向,为电力行业碳排放计量的进一步研究提供参考和借鉴。
英文摘要:
      The power industry is a key area of carbon emissions in China, and also a major "responsible person" for achieving the "double carbon" goal. Accurate measurement of electricity carbon emissions is the basis for assessing the carbon emissions of various regions, industries and enterprises, and formulating a reasonable and feasible implementation path of carbon peaking and carbon neutralization. This paper analyzes the current situation of carbon trading and carbon emission measurement, and summarizes the technical status of carbon emission measurement on the power generation side, power grid side and user side. Aiming at the application status of electricity carbon emission measurement technology in low-carbon power dispatching, low-carbon demand side impact and other work, this paper proposes the key issues and future development direction of optimizing carbon emission measurement technology, providing reference for further research on carbon emission measurement in the power industry.
