      针对电能表自动化检定装置运行中的质量监测问题,在分析其设计结构、工作流程及已有监测方法的基础上,根据简单高效、方便可靠的原则,文中提出了一种全新的对电能表自动化检定装置运行状况进行在线自动监测的方法。该方法采用高准确度安装式标准电能表对运行中的电能表自动化检定装置进行在线自动检测及期间核查,建立数据分析模型,实现了试验数据的实时分析,在云南电网公司计量中心的电能表自动化检定装置上得到了应用。结果表明该方法可以有效监测电能表自动化检定装置的运行质量,为设备评价及数据维护提供支撑和参考。
英文摘要:
      In view of the quality monitoring problem in the operation of the automatic verification device for electricity meters, based on the analysis of the design structure, working process and existing monitoring methods of the automatic verification device for electricity meters, and according to the principles of simplicity, efficiency, convenience and reliability, this paper proposes a novel online automatic monitoring method for the operation status of the automatic verification device for electricity meters. This method adopts a high-precision installed standard electricity meter to carry out online automatic detection and periodic verification of the automatic verification device of electricity meters in operation, establishes a data analysis model, realizes real-time analysis of test data, and has been applied to the automatic verification device of electricity meters in the metering center of Yunnan Power Grid Corporation. The results show that the proposed method can effectively monitor the operation quality of the automatic verification device of electricity meters, and provide support and reference for equipment evaluation and data maintenance.
