      文中基于论证和较全面分析,就不同场景下电能计量所关注的截然不同的问题、更好利用大数据去构建电能表检验新方法、动态电能计量研究面临新挑战、关注超谐波电能计量、不宜将电能计量装置与电能表简单划等号,以及测量准确度不同于测量精度等六个问题,阐述了作者的观点和认识,旨在对开展相关研究,以及更清楚理解相关测量方法及概念等起到促进作用。
英文摘要:
      Based on demonstration and more comprehensive analysis, this paper expounds views and understanding of the author on six questions, namely, the different concerns of electric energy measurement in different scenarios, the need to make better use of big data to build a novel method of electricity meter inspection, the new challenges faced by dynamic electric energy measurement research, the need to focus on super-harmonic electrical energy measurement, the inadvisability of equating electric energy measurement devices with electricity meters, and the difference between measurement precision and measurement accuracy, which is intended to promote the development of relevant research and a clearer understanding of relevant measurement methods and concepts.
