      基于三维图像及视频分析可更精准发现电力作业现场的安全隐患,从空间偏移、数据重叠及重构等方面建立基于异构摄像头的现场安全监察三维覆盖体系,科学、经济实现基于视频的安全管理覆盖,以替代人工作业。首先,研究摄像头的三维覆盖模型及满足电力可视化安全要求的三维覆盖模型;其次,针对不规则空间提出了基于法向偏移度量的有效覆盖度量基准,提出了基于法向偏移度量的空间三维覆盖质量指标,构建空间覆盖质量评价指标体系,采用改进的鲸鱼算法优化移动摄像头的位置,以有效提高典型作业现场视频安全管理三维覆盖率;最后,通过实际现场测试证明该优化方法可满足电力作业现场安全管理摄像头快速、高质量部署的需求。
