      微电网对于增加已有电力系统对分布式可再生新能源的消纳能力并提高电网系统整体的管理和运行效率具有重要作用。为了进一步提高微电网应对分布式可再生新能源出力的不确定性,并增强微电网在碳排放框架下运行的经济性,文章研究了基于预测控制并考虑碳排放交易价格的微电网优化运行问题。文中论述了微电网的组成和系统结构,在微电网日前经济运行策略的基础上,提出了基于滚动优化的新能源出力预测和储能系统容量估计方法,以及考虑碳排放价格的微电网经济运行结构,通过实验分析验证了所述方法在微电网运行和管理中的有效性。
英文摘要:
      Micro-grid plays an important role in increasing the absorption capacity of distributed renewable new energy (DRNE) in power system and improving the overall management and operational efficiency of power grid system. In order to further improve the capability of micro-grid in absorbing the uncertainty of distributed renewable new energy sources and enhance operation economy of micro-grid under carbon emission framework, this paper studies the operation optimization problem of micro-grid based on predictive control while considering carbon emission trading prices. The composition and system structure of micro-grid are discussed. Based on day-ahead economic operation strategy of micro-grid, a DRNE output prediction and energy storage system capacity estimation method based on rolling optimization is proposed. Furthermore, an economic operation structure of micro-grid considering carbon emission prices is given. The effectiveness of the proposed method in the operation and management of micro-grid is verified through experimental analysis.
