      网络攻击、数据篡改、信息泄露等安全威胁对配电网调度系统造成了严重的影响,导致电力供应中断、设备损坏等严重后果。为保障数字化配网调度的安全性与合理性,研究了基于多源信息融合的配电网调度数据安全管控技术。构建数字化配网调度智慧安全管控平台,采集数字化配网调度数据,从而更准确地判断配网运行状况。通过概率数据关联算法,计算多源数字化配网调度数据之间的关联性,并采用联合卡尔曼滤波算法(Kalman filter,KF),融合多源数字化配网调度数据。使用椭圆曲线公钥密码算法(SM2国密算法),加密融合后多源数字化配网调度数据,实现数字化配网调度智慧安全管控,保障数字化配网调度数据安全可靠。实验结果表明,所提技术可以有效保障数字化配网调度数据安全性,当传输的配网调度数据存在攻击时,所提技术可有效过滤攻击内容,实现配网调度智慧安全管控。

      Network attacks, data tampering, information leakage and other security threats have had a serious impact on the distribution network scheduling system, leading to serious consequences such as power supply interruption and equipment damage. To ensure the security and rationality of digital distribution network scheduling, a data security control technology for distribution network scheduling based on multi-source information fusion is studied. Build a digital distribution network scheduling intelligent security control platform, collect digital distribution network scheduling data, thus more accurately judging the operation status of the distribution network. By using probability data association algorithm, the correlation between multi-source digital distribution network scheduling data is calculated, and the joint Kalman filter (KF) algorithm is used to fuse multi-source digital distribution network scheduling data., the intelligent security control of digital distribution network scheduling is achieved by using the elliptic curve public key cryptography algorithm (SM2 national encryption algorithm), encrypt and fuse multi-source digital distribution network scheduling data, which ensures the security and reliability of digital distribution network scheduling data. The experimental results show that the technology proposed in this paper can effectively ensure the security of digital distribution network scheduling data. When there are attacks on the transmitted distribution network scheduling data, the proposed technology can effectively filter the attack content and achieve intelligent security control of distribution network scheduling.
