      针对传统安措隔离方法正确率和安全性不能满足要求的问题,文中设计了智能变电站二次安措票生成系统。文中描述了智能变电站二次系统策略原理、安措生成规则和专家库的构造;介绍了智能变电站二次安措隔离系统总体构架,包括模型管理层、作业支撑层、生产管理层;建立安措征兆向量和安措原因向量之间的模糊矩阵,通过模糊学习推理生成安措,提出安措票自动生成规则;最后,通过在某地区的实际应用,证明了设计系统在正确性和可靠性上相较于现有安措隔离方法分别提高了3.7%和14.3%。
英文摘要:
      In response to the problem that the accuracy and safety of traditional safety isolation methods cannot meet the requirements, an intelligent substation secondary safety measure ticket generation system is designed in this paper. This paper describes the principle of the secondary system strategy for intelligent substations, the rules for generating safety measures, and the construction of an expert database. It introduces the overall architecture of the secondary safety isolation system for intelligent substations, including model management layer, operation support layer, and production management layer. A fuzzy matrix between the symptom vector of safety measures and the cause vector of safety measures is established, safety measures are generated through fuzzy learning inference, and proposes rules for automatic generation of safety measures tickets. Finally, practical application in a certain region has proven that the designed system has improved correctness and security by 3.7% and 14.3% respectively compared to traditional security isolation methods.
