      针对光伏发电网受日照影响,导致输出功率不确定且波动,提出基于改进多种群遗传算法(multiple population genetic algorithm,MPGA)的光伏配网多目标柔性规划研究方法。通过分析光伏配网荷载特性,构建多目标柔性规划模型。利用MPGA算法的局部搜索机制,将种群划分为不同子群体独立进行遗传操作,引入多种群策略到改进的MPGA中,并结合局部搜索机制,克服局部最优解。通过迭代过程,不断更新种群并评估适应度,直到满足终止条件,最终获得满足所有目标和约束的光伏配网规划方案。实验结果表明,所获取的规划方案在保证线路平均负载率为70%,且年网损费用和建设投资总费用为最低值,证明了所获取的规划方案可以实现输出功率的稳定性和准确性。
英文摘要:
      Aiming at the uncertainty and fluctuation of the output power of photovoltaic power generation network due to the influence of sunshine, a research method of multi-objective flexible planning of photovoltaic distribution network based on improved multiple population genetic algorithm (MPGA) is proposed. By analyzing the load characteristics of photovoltaic distribution network, a multi-objective flexible programming model is constructed. Using the local search mechanism of MPGA algorithm, the population is divided into different subgroups to carry out genetic operation independently, and a variety of population strategies are introduced into the improved MPGA, combined with the local search mechanism, to overcome the local optimal solution. Through the iterative process, the population is constantly updated and the fitness is evaluated until the termination condition is met, and finally the photovoltaic distribution network planning scheme that meets all objectives and constraints is obtained. The experimental results show that the obtained planning scheme can ensure that the average load rate of the line is 70%, and the annual loss cost and total construction investment cost are the lowest, which proves that the obtained planning scheme can realize the stability and accuracy of output power.
