      电网作业过程中的安全保护对于降低作业人员的人身安全风险和保障电力系统的安全稳定运行具有重要意义。针对配电网作业过程中作业人员的安全保护问题,文中研究了基于作业人员轨迹监测的风险提示和安全保护方法,首先论述了远距离、大范围作业时基于北斗定位的作业轨迹跟踪和风险提示方法,然后针对变电站以及室内等固定复杂作业环境,论述了基于UWB定位的轨迹监测和基于YOLO v7的越界风险检测和作业人员自身违规行为检测方法,最后,通过实验分析验证了所述安全保护方法在配电网综合作业过程中的有效性。
英文摘要:
      Protection in distribution grid operation process is of great significance for reducing operators’ safety risk and ensuring stable operation of power system. Taking into account of protection issues during the operation in distribution grid, this paper investigates the risk warning and protection methods based on monitoring of operator movement trajectories. First, trajectory tracking and risk warning methods based on Beidou positioning in long-distance and large-range operations is proposed. Then, for complex working conditions such as substations and indoor environments, trajectory tracking based on UWB positioning and boundary risk detection based on improved YOLO v7, as well as violation behavior detection of operators are discussed. At last, effectiveness of the proposed method in comprehensive operation process of distribution grid is verified through experiments.
