      电网作业中的安全保护对于降低作业人员的人身安全风险和保障电力系统的安全稳定运行具有重要意义。文中研究了基于人员轨迹监测的全流程风险提示和安全保护方法,论述了远距大范围作业时基于北斗的作业轨迹跟踪和风险提示方法,通过实时监测作业人员轨迹与预设轨迹的偏差和作业时长,在轨迹发生显著偏离及作业超时时进行风险提示,针对变电站等复杂室内作业环境,利用超宽带(ultra-width band, UWB)定位和YOLO v7视觉,在监测到作业人员轨迹发生偏离、越界进入危险区域及自身违规行为时,及时发出风险提示信息,通过实验分析验证了所述安全保护方法在配电网综合作业过程中的有效性。
英文摘要:
      Safety protection in power grid operation is of great significance for reducing safety risk of operators and ensuring stable operation of power system. Taking into account of protection issues during the grid operation, this paper investigates the risk warning and protection method based on monitoring of operator movement trajectories, and discusses the Beidou-based operation trajectory tracking and risk warning method for long-distance and large-scale operation. By real-time monitoring the deviation and working time between the trajectory and the preset trajectory of operators, the risk warning is issued when large deviation or operation time-out happens. For complex indoor working conditions such as substations, trajectory tracking based on ultra-width band(UWB) positioning and YOLO v7are used to issue risk warning when deviation, high-risk area entering, or violation behavior is detected. Effectiveness of the proposed method in comprehensive operation process of distribution network is verified through experiments.
