      为了深入挖掘主动配电网柔性资源在响应碳减排的潜力,考虑到主动配电网参与碳排放市场交易建立含柔性资源主动配电网优化运行方法。文章建立主动配电网参与碳交易市场下的管理模型和交易机制模型;以最小化机组出力成本、柔性资源调用成本、购电成本和碳交易成本(收益)构建优化运行模型目标函数;计及碳交易限额约束、功率平衡约束、主动配电网网络运行约束、储能设备运行约束、柔性资源调用约束等必要约束条件建立优化模型;对麻雀搜索算法引入两项措施进行改进,分别为采用自适应安全值和对发现者非安全状态下转移过程引入混沌搜索,并采用改进麻雀搜索算法设计优化运行模型求解流程。最后基于所建立模型针对某园区主动配电网在三种场景下分析其运行方案、碳交易方案以及运行指标,验证了所建立模型的有效性,其能够充分降低综合运行成本,降低碳排放水平。
英文摘要:
      In order to deeply explore the potential of flexible resources of active distribution etwork in response to carbon emission reduction, an optimal operation method of active distribution network with flexible resources is established considering the participation of active distribution network in carbon emission market transactions. The management model and transaction mechanism model of active distribution network participating in carbon trading market are established. The objective function of the optimal operation model is constructed by minimizing the unit output cost, flexible resource call cost, power purchase cost and carbon transaction cost (benefit). The optimization model is established by taking into account the necessary constraints such as carbon trading limit constraint, power balance constraint, active distribution network operation constraint, energy storage equipment operation constraint and flexible resource call constraint. Two measures are introduced to improve the sparrow search algorithm. One is to use adaptive security value and the other is to introduce chaotic search into the transfer process under the unsafe state of the discoverer. The improved sparrow search algorithm is used to design the solution process of the optimal operation model. Finally, based on the established model, the operation scheme, carbon trading scheme and operation index of the active distribution network in a park are analyzed in three scenarios, and the effectiveness of the established model is verified, which can fully reduce the comprehensive operation cost and reduce the carbon emission level.
