      微电网对于提高新型电力系统中配电网对各类分布式新能源和负荷的管理效率具有重要作用,针对微电网日前运行优化时由于负荷和分布式电源预测误差等导致日内运行时策略有效性降低的问题,研究了含电动汽车负荷的微电网运行策略改进方法。文中论述了含电动汽车负荷的微电网系统结构,在微电网日前运行优化的基础上提出了日内运行的策略改进方法,在日内决策时刻临近时以日前运行策略为基础通过基于仿真的策略改进方法更新系统观测信息,进一步改进并提高日前策略的性能,实验结果表明,针对给定的日前运行贪婪策略和启发式策略,所述方法能够将两类策略的性能分别提升约9.9%和9.5%,表明所述策略改进方法能够有效提高微电网的运行效率和经济性。
英文摘要:
      Micro-grid plays an important role in improving the management efficiency of distributed renewable power and various loads in distribution power grid of new-type power system. Taking into account the efficiency problem of operational strategy caused by system prediction errors of micro-grid, this paper studies the policy improvement method of micro-grid operation strategy with electric vehicle loads. The structure of micro-grid with electric vehicle loads is discussed. Then a policy improvement method based on day-ahead optimized operation strategy is proposed. The day-ahead policy is further improved when approaching decision time using simulation based policy improvement method with updated system observation information. Simulation experiments are conducted to verify and demonstrate that the proposed policy improvement method can effectively improve the operational efficiency and economy of the micro-grid.
