      随着新能源并网比例的提高,负荷侧储能及其用户的主要目标是实现整体利益最大化。基于储能利用率低、使用成本高的现状,负荷的可控性和储能配置的合理性是目前需要考虑的两个关键点。为此,提出一种基于负荷准线的大规模需求响应实现策略,以充分发挥负荷侧的需求响应能力。文中提出的负荷准线给出了全时段需求响应调节目标,以解决负荷可控性不足的问题,建立了基于社会福利最大化的共享储能配置模型,以提高储能的利用率和经济性,提出一种基于VCG(vickrey-clarke-groves)机制的成本分配策略,以达到全局最优效果并实现所提模型的可持续性。仿真结果表明,在共享储能的参与下,达到了社会福利最优。此外,通过VCG机制进行成本分摊,储能的投资回报周期缩短了33.33%,提高了投资积极性。

      With the rising penetration rate of grid-connected renewable energy, the primary objective of load-side energy storage and its users is to maximize the overall benefits. Based on the low utilization rate and high cost of energy storage, the controllability of load and the rationality of energy storage configuration are two key points to be considered at present. Therefore, a large-scale demand response implementation strategy based on load alignment is proposed to give full play to the demand response ability of the load side. The load alignment proposed in this paper gives the full-time demand response adjustment target to solve the problem of load controllability. A shared energy storage configuration model based on social welfare maximization is established to improve the utilization rate and economy of energy storage. A cost allocation strategy based on Vickrey-Clarke-Groves (VCG) is proposed to achieve the global optimal effect and realize the sustainability of the proposed model. The simulation results demonstrate that with the participation of shared energy storage, the optimal social welfare is achieved. In addition, cost sharing is achieved through the VCG mechanism, and the investment return period of energy storage is shortened by 33.33%, which improves investment enthusiasm.
