      传导电流可以反映电介质中载流子运输过程的许多微观特性。为了研究传导电流与空间电荷分布之间的关系,本文基于电声脉冲法(PEA)开发研制了一套可以同步测量电介质材料空间电荷与传导电流的系统。该测试系统重点设计了电极系统,通过将下电极分区域进行设计,实现了同步测量传导电流和空间电荷的功能。利用本系统分别对PE材料和ZnO材料进行了空间电荷及传导电流的测试,测量结果与相关文献的测试结果对比表明,该系统可以很好地对电介质材料进行空间电荷的测试,并能够同步测量材料的传导电流。
英文摘要:
      Testing the Conduction current can reflect many microscopic characteristics of carrier transport process in dielectric. To investigate the relationship of space charge distribution characteristics and conduction current in the dielectric material, a set of simultaneous measurement system based on Pulsed Electro-Acoustic (PEA) method was designed. This test system focusing on designing the electrode system, by deviding the lower electrode for several parts, the function of simultaneous measuring conduction current and space charge was realized.Tests of space charge distribution and conduction current were carried out on PE and ZnO materials, respectively. The results show that the developed system can measure the space charge and conduction current in the dielectric material at the same time and the test results agree well with the conclusion in the relevant reference.
