Bin ZHAO, Male, currently serves as the President of "Electrical Measurement & Instrumentation" journal. Born in December 1972, he received a master's degree in 1999, and is a professor-level senior engineer. He also serves as the Chairman and Party Secretary of Harbin Research Institute of Electrical Instruments Co., Ltd.
Starting from February 2002, he successively held the positions of Manager of the Condition Monitoring System Department of the Protection and Automation Business Unit of XJ Electric Co., Ltd., General Manager and Party Branch Secretary of XJ Hitachi Electric Co., Ltd., and Deputy General Manager and Party Branch Secretary of Xuchang XJ Wind Power Technology Co., Ltd. Since February 2013, he assumed the roles of Party Branch Secretary and Deputy Director of the International Business Department of XJ Group Corporation, a member of the Discipline Inspection Commission of XJ Group Corporation, Party Branch Secretary and Deputy General Manager of the International Business Branch. Since December 2017, he has successively served as Party Secretary, Deputy General Manager, and General Manager of Harbin Research Institute of Electrical Instruments Co., Ltd. As of June 2022, he is currently the Chairman and Party Secretary of Harbin Research Institute of Electrical Instruments Co., Ltd., as well as the President of "Electrical Measurement & Instrumentation" journal.
He is also assumed the Chairman of the National Standardization Technical Committee for Electrical Measuring Instruments (SAC/TC104), Vice President of China Instruments Manufactures Association, Standing Director of China Instrument and Control Society.
Xiancheng LIU, Male, currently serves as the editor-in-chief of "Electrical Measurement & Instrumentation" journal. Born in August 1967, he is a member of the Communist Party of China and a professor-level senior engineer. He also serves as the Director of the Productivity Promotion Center of Harbin Research Institute of Electrical Instruments Co., Ltd., and the Secretary-General of the Electromagnetic Measuring and Information Processing Instruments Branch of China Instrument and Control Society.
Over the years, he has been committed to the standardization and service of the electrical instrumentation industry, involved and carried out the formulation and revision of 36 national standards and industry standards, and won the Science and Technology Achievement Award of China Instrumentation Society in 2011, 2015 and 2017 respectively. He is specialized in the review of papers from standardization of electrical instruments.
