Electrical Measurement and Instrumentation is an open access journal, which allows any non-commercial users or institutions to freely read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purposes. When users cite the papers of the journal, they should indicate the name of the original authors, publication dates, source website and whether modifying the original works. Without the consents of the original authors and Electrical Measurement and Instrumentation, the published papers (works) or derivative works can’t be used for commercial purposes.

This journal pays charges for the contribution to the regular publications.
