      对配电网实施科学合理的目标规划,既为供电企业提高了单位投资效率,也较大改善了配电网可靠性水平。重要程度不同的用户停电给供电企业带来的停电损失相差较大,即用户重要程度的差别对配电网可靠性评估结果的影响较大,因此可靠性评估中需要考虑用户重要程度。本文利用层次分析法,从主观和客观两个方面对各类用户的重要程度建模,该模型考虑了用户处在不同区域的影响。建立可靠性收益和可靠性改善程度的关系模型,从成本效益的角度对配电网可靠性目标规划。本文以实际运行的配电网进行算例分析,结果证明了本文所提方法和模型的正确性、有效性和实用性,可为供电企业制定科学合理的可靠性目标规划作参考。
英文摘要:
      It is necessary for electric power company to make a reasonable plan for improving the reliability index of the system when considering the efficiency of investment. The importance of different user will lead to different the economic loss and will influence the result of the reliability assessment of distribution system. This paper proposes a model of different user from subjective and objective aspect using analytic hierarchy process. This model established the relationship between the reliability benefit and the improvement of the reliability considering users in different areas and make a reliability plan from the perspective of cost-benefit. A real practical distribution networks is used to calculate and analyze the reliability of the system. The results verified the validity, effectiveness and practicability of the proposed model. the proposed method can be used to develop the scientific and rational planning for electric power company.
