      本文提出了一种电力系统基波频率测量方法。首先,基于奇异熵增量及其增量微分来确定有效信号的重构阶次,通过奇异值分解的逆过程来对电网电压信号进行重构,从而消除了噪声、扰动等影响,提取出其中的基波信号,然后利用总体最小二乘-旋转矢量不变技术算法进行频率估计。仿真结果表明,本文提出的方法在噪声环境下、电网电压信号发生了频率偏移、出现谐波及瞬时脉冲、谐波及暂态振荡等复合扰动的情况下,有效地提取出了基波信号并较为准确地估算出了其频率值。
英文摘要:
      This paper proposes a method for measuring the fundamental frequency of power system. First, the valid order of the reconstructed signal is determined by the increment of singular entropy and its incremental differential. Then, the grid voltage signal is reconstructed through the reverse process of singular value decomposition. By this way, the fundamental signal is extracted, the noise and the disturbance is eliminated. Finally, the fundamental frequency of power system is calculated by TLS-ESPRIT. The result of simulation tests proves that the method is effective, the value of the fundamental frequency is estimated more accurately, in the cases such as noise, frequency offset, harmonic with instantaneous impulse, harmonic with oscillatory transients.
