      随着电力系统敏感设备的不断增加及用户对电能质量要求的提高,电压跌落的抑制问题成为电力系统研究的一项重要内容。传统方法应用静止同步补偿器(STATCOM)抑制电压跌落,本文在此基础上提出了新的观点。首先,基于改进故障点法,结合STATCOM的补偿原理,对电网各节点电压跌落频次进行了评估。进而,分析STATCOM对抑制电网其它节点电压跌落的影响,提出STATCOM的分布式配置方案。最后,结合敏感负荷节点的电压跌落经济性评估,提出了配电网中STATCOM的优化配置概念。通过IEEE-30节点标准测试系统,分析验证了本文所提出的理论。
英文摘要:
      With the increasing number of industrial-sensitive users and high requirements of power quality, the voltage sag problem has become an important part of power system studies. Application of STATCOM in the traditional method based on the inhibition of voltage sag, this paper proposes a new perspective. First of all, the point of view based on the improved fault point method, combined with compensation principle of STATCOM, each bus on the grid voltage sag frequency was evaluated. Furthermore, analysis of the impact STATCOM other buses on the inhibition of the grid voltage sag, proposed STATCOM distributed configuration. Finally, based on the bus voltage sensitive loads economic assessment, presented the concept of optimal allocation of STATCOM distribution network. By standard IEEE-30 bus system, it verify the theoretical analysis presented in this paper.
