      针对配电网非完全量测同期线损计算中存在的误差大和可靠性低的问题,提出一种线损计算新方案。方案依据监测数据来源将负荷节点分为量测节点、电量节点、容量节点,并详细给出了电量和容量节点的注入电流计算方法,在得到完整的近似实时数据后采用前推回代的潮流算法进行配电网线损计算。该方案由于考虑了数据采集的同期问题,可以避免数据不同期带来的计算误差。应用该方案进行线损计算可为配电网运行和管理决策提供依据。算例分析验证了该方案的可行性。
英文摘要:
      In order to solve line loss calculation with incomplete measures and non-synchronous problem in distribution network, this paper presents a new solution. In terms of the monitoring data sources, load nodes are divided into three categories as the measurement nodes, power nodes and capacity nodes. The way of injection current calculation for electricity and capacity nodes are presented in detail, by this way, complete approximate real-time data will be obtained, and then flow algorithm of backward/forward sweep method is used to calculate line loss in distribution network. The solution due to considered the problem of synchronism, can avoid the calculation error of unsynchronism. Line loss calculation with this solution can provide the foundation for the operation and management decision in distribution network. Example shows that the solution is feasible.
