      为改善风电场出力平滑性,提高电网调峰能力,在现有电池储能系统(battery energy storage system,BESS)平滑风电功率波动控制策略的基础上,提出了一种基于附加风功率预测的BESS平滑风电功率波动的并网控制策略。该方法在不改变BESS现有平滑控制策略的基础上,将风电功率超短期预测技术应用于平滑控制,考虑了未来的风电出力波动对BESS的当前充/放电行为的影响,在满足风电场出力波动限制要求的基础上,优化BESS充/放电动作,防止BESS过充/放电,延长BESS的使用寿命。该控制策略包括3部分:现有平滑控制部分、附加风功率预测控制部分和总体修正部分。利用某地实测数据对某风电场与BESS联合系统进行了研究,结果证明了该控制策略的有效性。研究结果对BESS的工程应用具有指导作用。
英文摘要:
      In order to improve the smoothness of the wind farm output and improve peaking capacity of the power grid,based on the existing smoothing fluctuations control strategy using battery energy storage system (battery energy storage system,BESS),an auxiliary wind power prediction-based control strategy for BESS smoothing wind power fluctuations is proposed.This method does not change the existing BESS smoothing control strategy,but optimizes the BESS charge/discharge and extends the service life to meet the wind farm output on the basis of the fluctuation limits,using the ultra-short-term forecasting technology of wind power,and considering the impact of future fluctuations in wind power output to BESS current charge/discharge behavior.The control strategy consists of three parts:the existing smoothing control,the additional wind power prediction control and the overall correction.A joint wind farm with BESS system using the measured data is studied,the results demonstrate the effectiveness of the control strategy.Research results provide a reference to the application of BESS.
