      为了改善环境和资源的现状,以及提高电能的质量,大力发展分布式电源发电将是未来电网系统发展的必然趋势,但是分布式电源的选址和定容,是配电网规划需要考虑的重要问题。分析了分布式电源对配电网的影响,在此基础上建立了包括分布式电源的投资和运行维护成本、环境费用、网损费用的目标函数,针对现有粒子群算法的不足,提出了线性递减的学习因子及自适应权重粒子群算法——LD-SAPSO,确定分布式电源的位置和容量,为配电网的改造提供了理论基础。
英文摘要:
      In order to improve the current situation of environment and resources, and improve the quality of electric energy, to develop the distributed power generation system will be the future power grid development inevitable trend, but the locations of the distributed power supply and constant volume is important question。By analyzing the distributed generation of the impact of distribution network, the objective function including investment and operating maintenance cost, environmental factors, network loss costs. Aiming at the shortcomings of the existing PSO algorithm, a linear gradient of learning factor and weight adaptive PSO (LD-SAPSO) algorithm was proposed. Determine the location and capacity of distributed power supply, transformation provides a theoretical basis for distribution network.
