      本文以交错并联反激型并网微逆变器为研究对象,对主电路进行了损耗计算和效率分析。首先简述了单相并网微型逆变器的电路构成和原理,分析了有源钳位电路的工作原理,有源钳位电路实现了反激变压器漏感能量的回收和原边主开关管的零电压开关。其次对反激型微逆变器中的功率变压器进行了详细的设计,对高频变压器和功率器件等主要参数的损耗进行了分析并给出了相应的计算方法。最后,通过实验样机,验证了文中效率分析方法的有效性,在反激变换器原边增加有源钳位电路,可以提高交错并联反激型微逆变器的效率。
英文摘要:
      The interleaved parallel flyback grid-connected micro inverter is focused on, and then the power loss calculation and the analysis of the efficiency are discussed in detail. First, the structure and principle of the single-phase grid-connected micro-inverter is described. And the operation principle of the active clamp circuits applying to flyback converter is presented, these active clamp circuits can recycle the leakage energy, and achieve the soft switching for the main switches in flyback-type micro inverter. Second, the power losses of main parameters including the high-frequency transformer, power devices, and ect. are analyzed and the detailed formulas given in the paper. Finally, the experimental results verify the feasibility of the efficiency analysis.
