      现有输电线路行波故障测距方法由于受行波波速的不确定以及输电线路弧垂的影响,容易出现较大的测距误差。为此,本文提出了一种基于故障距离比-时间差的输电线路双端行波故障精确测距方法。在线路两端安装行波信号检测装置,记录行波波头到达时间,利用故障距离与故障行波到达检测点的时间差线性关系来确定故障测距结果。理论上该方法有效克服了波速和线路长度的变化对测距结果的影响,比传统的方法具有更高的测距精度,ATP仿真分析和实际应用效果也证明了其正确性。
英文摘要:
      In view of the error range caused by the uncertainty of the wave velocity and the influence of conductor sag, a traveling wave fault location method of double terminal based on fault distance and time difference is proposed. The device of traveling wave signal detection at ends of the line is installed and the first wave’s head is recorded. According to the linear relationship of the fault distance and transmission time, the fault location result is obtained. The method is not affected by the wave velocity and the change of line length in theory and the ATP simulation results also show its fairly high fault location precision.
