      随着风电规模的不断增大,风电出力的波动对电力系统的影响越来越大,尤其是风电的大规模高集中接入,使得风电功率爬坡问题日益突出。针对风电功率爬坡,本文提出了两种控制策略:一种是风电场不按照最大风能捕获要求发电,而是留有一定的裕度作为备用容量,通过调节发电机转子转速和风力机桨距角来控制功率爬坡;另一种是通过储能技术,抑制风电功率爬坡。利用电力系统仿真软件PSCAD进行仿真,对比了两种控制策略的可行性和有效性。
英文摘要:
      With the increase of the scale of wind power, the fluctuation of wind power output influences on power system more and more, especially the large-scale and high concentration of wind power, making the wind power ramp problems increasingly prominent. For the wind power ramping, this paper presents two control strategies: the first one is that the wind farm does not generate electricity in accordance with the maximal wind energy capture requirements, but have a certain margin as reserve capacity and control power ramp by adjusting the generator rotor speed and wind turbine pitch angle; the other one is suppressing the wind power ramp by the energy storage technology. Simulation is carried out using the power system simulation software PSCAD, and the feasibility and effectiveness of the two control strategies are compared.
