      无刷直流电机(BLDCM)换相时转矩脉动一直是业界关注的问题,但目前仅局限于120°导通方式的研究,本文研究了180°导通方式无刷直流电机在换相期间的转矩脉动变化,并与120°导通方式转矩脉动进行了比较。结果表明,电机在低速区域,120°导通方式比180°导通方式转矩脉动变化小,而在高速区域时,180°导通方式比120°导通方式转矩脉动变化小。分析结果为无刷直流电机新的转矩抑制策略提供了理论依据。
英文摘要:
      Brushless dc motor (BLDCM) commutation torque ripple when is always the concern, but the present is limited to 120°conducting way of research, this paper studies the 180°conduction mode brushless dc motor in the commutation torque ripple during the period of change, and with 120°conduction mode torque pulsation were compared. The results show that, the motor in the low speed region, 120°conduction ways than 180°conduction mode torque ripple changes little, and in high speed region, 180°conduction ways than 120°conduction mode torque ripple changes small. The analysis results for brushless dc motor new torque suppression strategies to provide a theoretical basis.
