In view of the economic backwardness and the scattered load, the capacity-load ratio in remote areas is high, which is higher than the recommended ranges of 1.8-2.1 given by "urban power network planning and design guidelines" (hereinafter referred to as "Guidelines"). "Guidelines" introduces a pervasive capacity-load ratio model, but the model does not fit for remote areas. This paper describes an improved algorithm model for capacity-load ratio. on the basis of the original model, the optimization model takes into account the economic underdevelopment, large power range, sparse population, load balancing, large network loss and other factors. This improved capacity-load ratio calculation model is given to fit the local situation and the electricity grid level and guide the planning and construction of the power grid, which provides some reference value to the healthy operation and long-term development of power grid in remote areas.
