      干式变压器热点温度对于指导变压器的设计运行及评估变压器的寿命有重要的意义。目前获得变压器热点温度的方法有直接测量和数值计算两种方法.直接测量获得绕组热点温度是通过在设计阶段预埋入绕组内部热电偶或采用光纤温度传感器来实现的;数值计算大多是采用有限元或有限差分方法。本文建立了高低压绕组的反传热计算模型,采用高精度的红外传感器采集高压绕组外表面温度,并通过计算,获得了低压绕组的温度分布及绕组热点温度将计算结果与IEEE绕组热点温度计算模型对比误差都在一定范围内,这为干式变压器绕组热点温度的获得提供了一种新的思路。

      There is an important significance for the design and the life time evaluation of the dry-type transformer based on the hot-spot temperature.At present the methods of obtaining the transformer’s hot-spot temperature are as follows:direct measurement and numerical calculation.Direct measurement can obtain winding hot spot temperature through the firber optic temperature sensor or thermocouple;The numerical calculation mostly uses the finite element or finite difference method.This paper establishes the inversed-heat transfer caculation model of high and low voltage windings.Using the high-precision infrared sensor to acquire the temperature of the high voltage widing.Through calculation the temperature distribution of the low voltage winding has been obtained and the hottest spot temperature of the widings is very closed to the result obtained by the IEEE model in a certain range.It provides a new method for the acquisition of the hottest spot temperature of the dry-type transformer.
