      目前配电网多选用单层辐射状网络结构,于线路末梢设置联络,然而在规划中,通过变电站出线的载流量确定线型的方式将增大该结构的建设投资,降低线路利用率。结合终端节点实际地理信息,提出了一种配电网主次网架构建模式。首先,基于配电网分层分区的基本思想,运用改进K-means聚类算法对供区终端节点聚类分区,定义等效负荷点,通过最短环路法生成主级网架;然后,以线路建设费用最低为目标构建配网最优潮流模型,完成次级网络模型搭建。主次网络结构可实现按需选取线型的功能,在满足负荷发展模式和电压水平的同时降低投资。算例论证了方法的可行性和有效性。
英文摘要:
      At present, the most choice of distribution network is radial network structure, sets tie- switches at the terminal of power lines, but in the planning, the manner that consider the output lines ampacity of substation to determine the line style will increase investment and reduce line utilization. Combined with the actual geographic information, we propose a construction mode about primary and subordinate distribution network. Firstly, based on the delaminating and districting method, we divide the terminal nodes by using modified K-means clustering algorithm, define the equivalent load point, generate primary grid with the shortest loop method; and then build a OPF model to complete the subordinate distribution network. Primary and subordinate distribution network supports on-demand selection of line style, thus, the investment would drop within the reasonable voltage level and load balance. Examples demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the method.
