      黑龙江地区风力资源丰富,技术可开发总量居全国第三位。由于其地理位置的原因,黑龙江地区风电出力大发时期多为冬季,这与冬季供热期电网调峰能力不足构成矛盾,致使冬季弃风较为严重。掌握风电出力特性是解决这一问题的基础。针对黑龙江地区的风力资源特点,通过收集、整理不同区域风电场10min采样间隔的大量实测数据,利用数理统计的方法,从常见样本数字特征、描述形态的样本特征值以及同时率、爬坡率、峰谷差等其他描述性指标对风电出力特性进行了描述,然后利用样本数据的频数直方图、QQ图与箱线图对风电出力的分布特性进行了详细分析,以期通过风电出力的描述与分析为黑龙江地区未来的风电开发与发展提供一定的参考。
英文摘要:
      The wind resources is abundant in Heilongjiang area, and the technology development amount to a third in the nation. Due to its geographical location, the wind power output of the area is bigger for the winter than other period, this condition and the peak shaving ability of insufficient in the winter heating period constitute a contradiction, resulting in more serious abandoned wind, mastering the fluctuation characteristics of wind power output is the foundation to solve this problem. According to the characteristics of the Heilongjiang area of wind resources, through collecting and collating a large number of measured data with 10min sampling internal of wind power, make use of the methods of mathematical statistics, using the common digital features, characteristic value of sample, simultaneity factor, ramp-rate, valley-to-peak to describe the characteristics of wind power output. Then using the frequency histogram, Quantile-Quantile Plot, box plots to analyze distribution character of the wind power output, and wishing this could provide some reference for the future of Heilongjiang area with the development of the wind power.
