      光伏发电系统由于受到自然因素的影响,输出功率具有随机性,因此需配置一定容量的储能设备,以确保供电的可靠性和持续性。飞轮储能的充放电速度较快,功率密度高,而且环保,是一种非常理想的储能元件。本文研究了配置于独立光伏发电系统的飞轮储能系统,并分别地提出了充电时和放电时的控制策略。最后利用仿真软件Matlab/Simulink搭建了相关模型,仿真结果验证了控制策略的有效性和灵活性,实现了直流母线电压的稳定控制。
英文摘要:
      PV system is affected by the natural environment, so its output power is random. Then we need configure a certain capacity of storage devices in order to ensure the supply reliable and continuous. The flywheel energy storage system is an ideal energy storage element. It has high power density. Its speed of charging or discharging is fast. And it is environment-friendly. This paper studies the flywheel energy storage system applying to the Stand-alone Photovoltaic System and respectively analyses the control strategy of the charging/ discharging. In the end, the effectiveness and flexibility of the control strategy is verified by Matlab simulation. The stability of the DC bus voltage is effectively regulated.
