      换流阀作为直流输电的关键设备,在实际运行中要承受交流系统中的各种过电压(雷电波、特快速暂态过电压等)。这些过电压信号的频域范围较宽,最高可达数十甚至上百MHz。通过仿真手段研究这些过电压对换流阀的危害很有必要,而常用的仿真软件(EMTP、PSCAD)中的元件只能用于10kHz以下的仿真,因此需要建立换流阀的宽频电路模型且该模型适用于EMTP和PSCAD仿真。本文首先利用矢量网络分析仪对换流阀各组成部分的宽频特性进行了测量;然后利用改进图像法分别建立了其宽频等效电路模型;最后利用EMTP的扫频功能将所建模型的宽频特性与测量结果对比,验证了所建模型的准确性。同时该方法能够保证所建电路模型各个元件参数都为正数,即保证了所建模型严格无源。
英文摘要:
      As the pivotal device of HVDC, converter valve will be exposed to various kinds of overvoltage(thunder and VFTO and so on).The frequency domain of these overvoltage is wide, which up to dozens even hundreds MHz. And research the harm of the overvoltage by the use of simulation is very needed, but the common simulation software (EMTP and PSCAD) are only suitable to the frequency under 10kHz. Thus, there need to build the wideband model of the converter valve and the model can be used in the EMTP and PSCAD. In this paper, first of all, the wideband characteristics of the valves’ components are measured by vector network analyzer; then get the wideband models of the components by the modified image method; lastly, compare the wideband models with the measurements by the frequency scan of the EMTP, and it is proved that the models are accurate. Besides, the parameters of the models are non-negative, that means the model is passive.
