绝缘子的污秽分布对绝缘子的污闪电压具有一定的影响,本文重点研究分析玻璃,瓷及复合三种类型绝缘子在自然积污条件下的污秽分布,所选择的这三种绝缘子为河北保定地区输电线路上工作多年的悬垂绝缘子,本文主要通过盐密(equivalent salt deposit density,ESDD)与灰密(non soluble deposit density,NSDD)实验测量了绝缘子不同伞及同一片伞的不同表面的盐密、灰密,最后将数据以表、图的形式进行了处理分析,得到该地区绝缘子的污秽分布规律;此外,以玻璃绝缘子为研究对象运用ANSYS仿真对其不同盐密分布下的电场,电流密度进行了仿真分析。该研究分析为保定地区预防绝缘子串污闪提供了重要参考。

The filth distribution of the insulator has a certain impact on insulator pollution flashover voltage. This paper focuses on analysis of glass, porcelain and silicone rubber three types of insulators’ filth distribution under the condition of natural accumulated contamination. Those insulators have been vertically hanged on transmission line many years in Hebei Baoding. This article mainly through salt density (equivalent salt deposit density, he ESDD) and grey density (non soluble deposit density, NSDD) experiment measures the insulator string different piece and the same surface’s filth salt dense and grey dense. Finally, through those experimental data displayed as the form of table and figure are to deal with and analyzed. In addition, glass insulators were simulated using ANSYS simulation to analyze electric field and current density under different salt density distribution. The region’s filth distribution regularity of the insulator string is got and important reference for preventing the pollution flashover of insulator string is provided.
