      随着间歇性新能源并网率不断提高,太阳能和风能出力随机性和不确定性对电网运行的影响越来越大。为了衡量风光出力的相关性,提出将Copula理论引入到调度策略中,采用Kendall秩相关系数来衡量其相关性。同时为了协调系统的经济性和可靠性,提出引入模糊机会约束来界定风光互补可信水平,减少了配置风光出力和旋转备用容量决策的盲目性。最后将该鲁棒优化调度模型化简成经典的非线性二次规划问题,采用优化对偶内点法求解,并用经典算例进行测试,结果验证了该模型的可行性、鲁棒性和经济性。
英文摘要:
      With the continuous improvement of the intermittent new energy grid connection, the influence of solar energy and wind power generation on the power grid operation is becoming more and more random. In order to measure the correlation of wind power, the Copula theory is introduced into the scheduling strategy, and the correlation of Kendall rank correlation coefficient is adopted. At the same time, in order to coordinate the economy and reliability of the system, it is suggested that the fuzzy chance constraint is introduced to define the level of scenery complementary and credible, and reduce the blindness of the allocation of wind power and the decision of the reserve capacity. Finally, the robust optimization scheduling model is simplified into two sub programming problems. The optimal dual interior point method is used to solve the problem. The results show that the model is feasible, robust and economical.
