      为充分利用分布式电源的出力,并谋求配电网故障恢复时的最优方案。本文充分考虑分布式电源出力的不确定性,建立了光伏发电机和风力发电机的机会约束模型。利用NSGA-Ⅱ算法进行多目标优化控制,并提出了主网进行故障恢复时的动态恢复方案。最后,在改进的IEEE33节点系统中进行了仿真。仿真结果表明应综合考虑失电负荷和有功网损的影响来制定故障恢复的决策。
英文摘要:
      In order to make full use of the output of the distributed generator, and to seek the optimal scheme of the fault restoration of distribution network. Considering the uncertainty of the output of distributed generator, this paper establishes a chance constrained model of photovoltaic generator and wind power generator. The NSGA-II algorithm is used for multi-objective optimization control, and a dynamic fault restoration schemes of the grid is proposed. Finally, simulation is carried out in the modified IEEE33 bus system. The simulation results show that the decision making of failure recovery should be made by considering the effects of loss of load and active power loss.
