      介绍了加速退化试验的基本原理及几种常用的加速模型;通过分析影响现场在运智能电能表可靠性的主要因素,选取了温度、湿度作为加速应力;通过摸底试验确定了最大加速应力水平,并给出了优化后加速应力组合;确定了退化特征量及其失效阈值、样品数量及其分配比例、试验时间及测量次数等试验参数;最后给出了加速退化试验的试验步骤。方案具有较高的可行性和可操作性。
英文摘要:
      The basic principle of accelerated degradation test and several widely-used accelerating models were described firstly in this paper. Then temperature and humidity were selected as accelerating stress by analyzing main factors impacting the reliability of smart meters online. The maximum of accelerating stress was determined via diagnostic test, and the optimized accelerating stress combinations were given. After determining the failure thresholds of the degradation characteristic quantity, sample size and their proportions, and measurement times, the test procedures were given at last. This scheme was of high practicability.
