      摘要:为了解决当小电流接地系统发生单相高阻接地时传统注入法因信号分流无法正确选线的问题,在详细分析了注入法及小波能量法选线的原理后,本文提出了一种将两者结合的配电网故障选线新方法。首先向发生故障的系统中注入220Hz特殊频率的信号;对从各条线路中所提取的注入电流展开小波变换;接着使用所得出的小波系数计算小波低频能量;最后通过比较各馈线注入信号能量的大小选线。利用Simulink搭建系统模型并进行仿真实验,其结果可知,虽然故障点距离、故障合闸角大小、中性点接地方式等因素并不能影响新方法的正确选线,但过渡电阻较大时依然选线失败,通过相位比较或图像识别等方法仍能很好的解决此问题,从而大幅提升了注入法选线的正确率。

      Abstract:In order to solve the problem that traditional injection method can't select line correctly because of signal sub-flow when single phase high resistance grounding occurs in the small current grounding system,this paper proposes a new method of fault line selection which combines injection method and wavelet energy method for distribution network after analyzing the principle of line selection by the two methods in detail.In this paper the 220Hz special frequency signal was injected into the fault system firstly and the injected signal from every feeders was extracted to be wavelet transformed,then the wavelet low frequency energy was calculated by the wavelet coefficients.Finally the line was selected by comparing the size of energy among the feeders.The study processed simulation experiments trough using the the system model built by Simulink.The result shows that the new method of fault line selection is not affected by the fault distance, the fault angle size and the neutral point grounding mode.Although the line selection is still failed when the transition resistance is larger but the problem can be solved well through phase comparison method or image recognition method,which will improve the accuracy of line selection by the injection method.
