      注意到数字化电能计量与传统电能计量的差异,即合并单元中与数字化电能表内算法的有机组合,才共同构成数字化电能计量算法;且被测对象遵从IEC61850通信规约所引发的采样率固定、采样数据之间时间不同步、数据丢帧等是数字化电能计量算法必须面对的问题,在此基础上,对当前应用于数字化电能计量系统的拉格朗日、埃特金等同步插值算法,点积和、牛顿-柯特斯积分等全电能计量算法,以及准同步、加窗插值傅里叶等电参量分析算法等进行了梳理和对比;盘点了数字化电能计量算法的最新研发进展;并探讨了研发数字化电能计量系统专用算法的必要性、可行性和努力方向。
英文摘要:
      The realizations of digital energy measurement and traditional energy measurement bear significant differences. The organic combination of the algorithms in the merging unit and digital input electricity meter together forms the digital energy measurement algorithm, and the measured object is subject to the IEC61850 communication protocol. On this basis, different categories of algorithms applied to the system are reviewed and compared, including the interpolation algorithms such as Lagrange algorithm, Aitken algorithm, etc., the full-wave energy algorithms such as point-summation algorithm, Newton-Cotes algorithm, etc., and the electrical parameter analysis algorithms such as quasi-synchronous algorithm and windowed interpolation DFT. Meanwhile, the latest progress made in the digital energy measurement algorithms is explored, and the necessity, feasibility and direction of studying the special algorithms for digital energy measurement system are discussed.
