      针对目前国家规定的六个稳态电能指标限值,融合雷达图法与隶属度算法的优点,提出了一种将改进型雷达图与高斯隶属度函数相结合的电能质量等级评估方法,将电能质量指标化为逆向雷达图的形式得出综合指标再以隶属度函数分级。每个指标对应部分环形,环形部分角度主要受权重的大小而变化,得出逆向雷达图的面积和周长后再将之进行处理得到电能质量综合评估指标,然后以大量数据分布规律作为综合评估指标等级划分依据,最后采用高斯隶属度函数求出综合指标在各个区间的隶属度值,求出最大隶属度值所属区间,以此来进行综合指标分级。相较以往的综合评估算法而言,该方法不仅提出了高斯隶属度函数在电能质量指标评估中的应用,还借助图形算法来对不合格指标进行具体分析并提供了综合指标等级划分的依据。经算法验证,该方法具有较好的可行性。

      Aiming at the advantages of the six steady - state energy limit limits, the advantages of the fusion radar method and the membership algorithm, a method of evaluating the power quality of the improved radar and Gaussian membership function is proposed. Quality indicators into the form of reverse radar map to obtain a comprehensive index and then membership degree function classification. Each index corresponds to the part of the ring, the ring part of the angle is mainly affected by the size of the weight of the reverse radar map area and the circumference and then processed to be comprehensive evaluation of power quality indicators, and then a large number of data distribution as a comprehensive assessment And then use the Gaussian membership function to obtain the membership value of the comprehensive index in each interval, and find the interval of the maximum membership value, so as to carry out the comprehensive index classification. Compared with the previous comprehensive evaluation algorithm, this method not only puts forward the application of Gaussian membership function in the evaluation of power quality index, but also analyzes the failure index by means of graphic algorithm and provides the basis of comprehensive index classification. The method has the advantages of good feasibility.
