      随着智能电网的快速发展,风电光伏作为新能源,电动汽车作为新清洁负荷已成为电网中的重要一环,但由于风电机组具有明显的时序特性,随机波动较大,电动汽车由于用户行为的无序性,随机性,其接入电网可能对配网电源资源造成负担。本文针对此问题,通过考虑多负荷种类的需求响应促进风电机组的就地消纳,通过考虑用户满意度引导电动汽车的有序充放电,并在规划阶段针对电源容量与考虑电动汽车的分时电价协同规划。本文首先建立了针对不同类型负荷的时序响应模型,然后以DG电源容量、1h电动汽车入网功率、分时电价为决策变量,以电网总成本等经济指标、负荷波动方差、车主满意度为目标函数,建立多目标协同规划模型,通过引入0-1变量将非线性约束转化为线性约束,并运用MATLAB中的YALMIP工具进行仿真,最后通过与传统方案进行对比分析,验证了本文协同方案更具优越性。
英文摘要:
      With the rapid development of smart grid, WT、PV and Electric vehicle have become an important part of the power grid.But the WT has the obvious characteristics of the timing and random fluctuations,and electric vehicles is random due to disorder of user behavior,if they access to the grid, may cause the burden on the distribution of power resources.In this paper, many kinds of loads by considering the demand response to promote local consumption of WT and PV, by considering the user satisfaction of electric vehicle charging and discharging guide orderly, and in the planning stage, coordinated planning of capacity of DG and Electric vehicle considering types of load.Firstly,according to the sequence of different type load response model, and then to DG, 1H power supply capacity of vehicle to grid power, TOU price as decision variables, the total cost to power grid and other economic indicators, the load fluctuation variance as the objective function, establishes the multi-objective collaborative planning model, by introducing 0-1 nonlinear constraints into linear variables the constraint, and make the simulation using MATLAB YALMIP tools.Finally this paper verifies the superiority of cooperative scheme by comparing with the traditional scheme, .
