      光伏电池输出电压特性较软使得系统中DC-DC开关变换器需要有宽范围的工作电压,而开关变换器参数合理设计是其安全可靠工作的前提条件。本文以独立光伏发电系统中广泛应用的Buck-Boost变换器为例,分析了其工作原理,讨论了电感和电容对变换器工作模式和输出纹波电压的影响。在此基础上给出了宽输入和宽输出电压范围的电感、电容参数设计方法。通过仿真分析,验证了宽电压范围Buck-Boost变换器参数设计的合理性。
英文摘要:
      The output voltage characteristic of photovoltaic cell is soft, so the DC-DC switching converter in the system needs a wide range of working voltage, and the reasonable design of converter parameters is the prerequisite for its safe and reliable operation. Taking the Buck-Boost converter widely used in stand-alone photovoltaic power generation system as an example, the working principle of the converter is analyzed, and the influence of inductance and capacitance on the working mode and output ripple voltage of the converter is discussed. On this basis, the design method of inductance and capacitance parameters for wide input and wide output voltage range is given. Through simulation analysis, the rationality of parameter design of Buck-Boost converter with wide voltage range is verified.
