      针对温差发电器(thermoelectric generator, TEG)短路电流法最大功率点跟踪(maximum power point tracking, MPPT)策略的短路电流不能直接测量的问题,提出了温差片短路电流估计法。通过深入分析温差片等效模型及Boost主电路工作模态,推导出根据电感电流上升段的电流值及其斜率计算温差片短路电流的方法。本文所提方法硬件结构简单,且对主电路正常工作无影响。通过仿真以及搭建实验样机验证理论分析的正确性,验证结果表明提出的短路电流估算方法准确率达99.83%。
英文摘要:
      In order to overcome the defects of inconvenient sampling of current sampling for thermoelectric generator maximum power point tracking, the short-circuit current estimation method of thermoelectric generator is proposed. Through the analysis of the equivalent circuit of thermoelectric generator (TEG) and the operation mode of Boost converter, the method of calculating the short-circuit current of TEG which is based on the value and the slope of inductor current during on-time of Boost converter is proposed. The proposed method has the advantages of no influence on the normal work of the main circuit and the simple structure of the hardware. Through simulation and experimental verification, this method is effective and the accuracy of short circuit current estimation is about 99.83%.
