Frequency combination adjustment strategy of wind power, energy storage and thermal power unit system based on frequency division and regional control principle
In order to solve the problem of system frequency instability caused by large-scale wind power grid,?based on the analysis of energy storage system, wind turbine and thermal power unit frequency modulation characteristics, this paper puts forward a frequency modulation strategy of the combined system. In the primary frequency modulation, the power output of each source is determined by the proposed frequency division system, by this way the frequency modulation speed and quality of the system are improved. Secondary frequency modulation based on the?capacity demand of primary frequency modulation, proposed a combined frequency modulation strategy consider the reserve size of each unit, economic, safety, regional control requirements, to reduce the burden of thermal power unit of frequency modulation, improved the frequency adjusting speed and stability of the system. The simulation results show that the proposed combined frequency modulation strategy is more suitable for power system frequency modulation with high wind power permeability than the traditional frequency modulation method.
