      针对近几年广泛应用的全相位时移相位差校正法在间谐波分析中出现的多个检测问题,提出一种基于APFFT和快速TLS-ESPRIT的间谐波检测方法。首先,通过快速TLS- ESPRIT算法准确地辨识出信号中间谐波的频率;然后,对信号进行APFFT谱分析,根据其相位不变性,直接取峰值谱线的相位值作为初相位的估计;最后,计算出峰值谱线频偏量,按照全相位幅值校正公式,获取信号的幅值估计。仿真实验表明,该检测算法能够在较低信噪比环境下有效地检测间谐波,且具有较高的检测精度。

      Aiming at the problems of detection, which exists in the analysis of inter-harmonics applying all-phase time-shift phase difference correction method, an inter-harmonic detection method based on APFFT and fast TLS-ESPRIT is proposed in this paper. In this algorithm, first of all, the frequency of inter-harmonics is accurately identified by the fast TLS-ESPRIT algorithm. Then, the signal is analyzed through APFFT algorithm. According to the phase invariance, the phase value of the peak spectral line is directly used as the initial phase estimation. Finally, the frequency deviation of peak line is calculated and the amplitude estimate of the signal is obtained according to the all-phase amplitude correction formula. Simulation shows that the proposed algorithm is effective under a low SNR environment, and it can detect inter-harmonics of a given signal much more accurately.
