      在大力提倡电能生产向绿色低排转型的背景下,构建了能够同时兼顾电能生产经济性和低碳性的含风电电热联合系统综合优化调度模型,在系统发电侧加装电锅炉以解耦热电机组“热电耦合”约束,在需求侧调度柔性负荷以实现负荷调峰。优化模型以系统发电运行成本最小为经济优化目标,以碳交易成本最小为低碳优化目标,应用模糊双目标优化方法将双目标优化问题单目标化并采用帝国竞争算法进行求解,实现了对电热联合系统经济性和低碳性的兼顾。通过对不同场景下含风电的电热联合系统进行算例分析,验证了本文优化模型及求解算法的有效性和优越性。
英文摘要:
      Under the background of low carbon electricity, a dispatching model of CHP system containing wind power is proposed, which can consider both of the economy and low carbon of electric power production. The electric boiler is installed on the power generation side to decoupling thermoelectric coupling constraints, and the flexible load is scheduled on demand side to achieve load shaving. The minimum cost of system power generation is the goal of economic optimization, and the minimum cost of carbon trading is the goal of low-carbon optimization. Fuzzy bi-objective optimization model is proposed to transform the multi-objective problem into single-objective problem, and the ICA is used to solve the model. Through simulation examples in different scenes shows that the proposed model and algorithm are effective and superior.
